The North Paramount Gateway Specific Plan covers approximately 279 acres in the northern portion of the City of Paramount, centered on Paramount Boulevard and adjacent to the proposed West Santa Ana Branch rail station at Paramount/Rosecrans. The plan created medium- and high-density mixed-use overlay zones to promote transit-oriented development that was sensitive to the adjacent residential neighborhoods.
Kamille was the urban planner and designer of the now-approved Specific Plan for the area anchored by the anticipated West Santa Ana Branch rail stop at Paramount/Rosecrans. Kamille conducted much of the existing conditions analysis, document preparation, and the public outreach presentations for the project.
